Char Eppright
Since 1980, Char has focused her attention
on oil and pastel portraits. Following in the style of the Old Masters, Char
strives to penetrate to the soul and essence of her subjects. Her work has
been exhibited in shows and galleries in Texas and New Mexico, winning
various awards. Recently she has been enjoying landscape painting,
especially in European countries. She is a member of the American Society of
Portrait Artists, Austin Pastel, which she co-founded in 1998 and Plein Air
Austin.
