Wesley Sweetser  Biography

Wes started working glass in the fall of 2000 at Alfred University in upstate New York.  There he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Glass Art and Printmaking.

In 2004 he made his way to Texas.  With a lucky bit of unemployment and good timing he found his way into the Wimberley Glass Works.  For the last four years he has worked his way up, and is now managing production for the shop.

His work has been exhibited in galleries in New England, New York, Boston, Colorado and Texas. Along with his glass work, he is also a published comic book illustrator, fine woodworker, and amateur metal engraver.
